1 - Payments
Full payment is required at time of booking. I do not accept bookings without full payment made prior to booking. There are no refunds or credits given, if you cancel, change your mind or don’t show for your consultation.
2 – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations and the payment made will be carried over to your next appointment time. Late cancellations, you will forfeit your payment and no refunds of credits are issued.
In the case, I may need to reschedule your consultation, all monies paid will be carried over to your next consultation.
3 – Late or No shows
If you arrive late for your booked time, I reserve the right to keep your time with me to what remaining time you have or cancel your appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late.
4 – In person consultations
I kindly ask you to respect my home and only bring yourself or the persons needed to your appointment. Please do not bring any extra people, family, children, or pets. I reserve the right to cancel your consultation at the time if the above request is not respected.
5 – Privacy
All your personal details and everything provided by me is kept private and secure by Astroaura and will not be given to any third parties. We take care of your personal data and undertake to guarantee its confidentiality and security.
6 – Liability
Astroaura is not responsible in any way for the advice given or actions taken, based on the advice given. The advice is given in good faith. Astroaura advises that clients seek professional advice for medical, financial, legal affairs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the services.
